Programmes

The working parts of the institution

Each stage of the KASAUTI method has a programme that owns it. VICHAR runs today; the others are being founded in order. New programmes are created only when there is evidence of need, a capable owner and the capacity to do them properly — never for the org-chart.

Planned

KASAUTI Labs

Pilots

Small real-world experiments with success criteria declared in advance. What works is scaled; what fails is published honestly.

Planned

KASAUTI Index

Measurement

A longitudinal set of indicators for each initiative's community — education progression, skills, enterprise, participation — tracked against a published baseline.

Planned

KASAUTI Youth

Next generation

Leadership, mentoring and opportunity for the young people of each initiative's community — who the whole exercise is ultimately for.

Later, as the work justifies them

KASAUTI Leadership · Education · Skills · Entrepreneurship · Global · Diaspora · Publications. Each waits for the same three things: demonstrated need, a capable owner, and funding that does not cannibalise the core work.
